Allergy and Asthma
Sometimes Asthma patients suffer from Allergy. An Allergy can cause an Asthma attack any time anywhere inside or outside your home
Genetics plays a certain role in Asthma and so does Allergy. Asthma can affect a child if he/she has an allergy. The person has to remember that if there is something he/she is sensitive to or can cause trouble in breathing; they must stay away from that. For example, if the person is suffering from dust allergy (sensitive to dust) or smoke emitted from vehicles, they must keep themselves away from these or take sufficient precaution to protect themselves
Asthma can lead to problems in breathing: even a simple food can cause suffocation in your lungs or throat. For example many people have allergy to eggs, cow milk, soy etc. The patients need to be little bit alert while in taking such foods.
Moreover we sometimes do not even know what exactly triggers an allergy. Many foods contain some preservatives such sodium bisulfate, potassium bisulfate etc. or additives which cause trouble for asthma patients. Dried fruits, wines, sauces, packaged food, contain all these preservatives. In general after taking food the patients start feeling nauseous, or rash, or swelling in the throat that can prevent the air flow.
There are dust particles in the air: whenever we are going out we are sure to face it. Moreover the smoke that emits out of vehicles or an oven near a tea-stall could also trigger something. If you feel these all cause problem in your breathing, consult with a doctor immediately. There are other things as well even inside home which can cause breathing problems. The dust mites can trouble you when you are cleaning your bed-sheets, or carpets at home. Use vacuum cleaner in order to avoid them.
Besides, a bad smell can also trigger your asthma problems. Suppose you get a bad smell or something that immediately suffocates you, can cause you a cough. Here the suggestion is to stay away from them, cover your nose and take only fresh air. Clean your room regularly. Keep it dust free in order to stay away from those allergic things that cause Asthma.
Adults can identify allergies more easily than children. A child cannot often understand what exactly causes them breathing problems. They eat everything and anything not knowing about allergies. As a result they fall prey to an Asthma Attack. In this case their parents should be alert.

It is seen that some people are to prone seasonal changes and are sensitive to particular weather situations: like extreme cold or extreme hot weather incites their asthma problem.
It is suggested that wherever you go whenever you go, in any season or in any situation, please carry your inhaler with you to keep away that nasty asthma attack.
